Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PrecisionX Technology LLC's services, including the MineComplete platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Services Description

PrecisionX Technology LLC provides cryptocurrency mining operation management services, including but not limited to facility management, hardware maintenance, security services, and operational optimization through our Crypto Mining Operations Center (CMOC).

3. Service Level Agreements

Specific service levels, performance metrics, and operational commitments will be detailed in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed between PrecisionX and its clients.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, trade secrets, methodologies, and processes, remain the exclusive property of PrecisionX Technology LLC. Clients receive a limited license to use such intellectual property solely in connection with the contracted Services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes operational data, technical specifications, and business strategies.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrecisionX's liability shall be limited to the extent specified in individual service agreements. We are not responsible for losses resulting from market conditions, regulatory changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Term and Termination

Service terms and termination conditions will be specified in individual service agreements. Either party may terminate services for material breach after providing reasonable opportunity to cure.

8. Compliance with Laws

Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency mining operations. PrecisionX reserves the right to suspend services if illegal activities are suspected.

9. Modifications to Terms

PrecisionX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
