Common Questions
Seats are the number of active users in your organization. Active means they can log in and access the platform. Auditor seats (included with MineSecure) are read-only and don't count against your seat limit.
Miners under management are the number of active miners tracked in your inventory and/or reporting. Retired or archived miners don't count against your limit.
If you exceed included seats or miners, overages are calculated and billed monthly. They appear as separate line items on your invoice. You can monitor usage in the admin dashboard.
Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can upgrade immediately if needed - contact sales for pro-rated options on mid-cycle upgrades.
Accounts past due may have access restricted until payment is resolved. You'll receive advance notice and can contact support to discuss payment arrangements if needed.
Auditor seats are read-only accounts for external auditors or reviewers. They can view evidence, compliance status, and reports but cannot make changes. Included with MineSecure add-on.
